Meet The Owners
Shaun and Angie Heaton have proudly been serving the Utah community for over 20 years. They are the leaders in asphalt maintenance.
Shaun has personally built this company from the ground level up, doing much of the work himself in the early years. His years of experience have helped him train a topnotch crew.

Russell Johns
General Manager / Estimator
Russell has been with Bonneville Asphalt since 2006. He is always one to care about the integrity of an asphalt job and make sure it's done right. It's important what a customer thinks and that the customer is always treated fairly. He has worked on the crew, and continues to through the years as needed, and knows what a quality job is. Russell would like to recognize his amazing wife Angie who supports him through all the craziness each asphalt season brings. In Russell's free time he enjoys spending time with his five wonderful grandchildren and he also contributes to the company's appreciation for family, customers, and vendors by guiding and being involved in fishing & hunting trips.
Matthew Messerly
Asst General Manager / Estimator
Matt has been with Bonneville Asphalt since 1999. He started at the bottom and worked his way up into various positions at the company. Whatever he does he does well. His attention to detail and commitment to the customer make him a great asset to Bonneville Asphalt and our family of customers. When Matt is not helping others with their asphalt needs he enjoys trying to master the craft of officiating High School Basketball. He is very grateful to have had the opportunity to work numerous High School playoff games and two Utah High School State Championship games!
Kayline Hansen
Office Manager
Kayline has been with Bonneville Asphalt since 2016. As a CPB she started as Bookkeeper and, through meticulous practice and commitment to keep the company efficient and organized, worked her way to Office Manager. She very much appreciates Bonneville’s family culture and the opportunity Bonneville provides to her and the rest of the Bonn-Awesome family. Kayline’s family is her pride and joy and she enjoys camping, fishing, and skiing with them in her off time.
