Sealcoating
Sealcoating is the best protection for an asphalt parking lot. It provides an excellent defensive barrier from the sun, rain, traffic, and other elements. It can also add marketable value to the parking lot and joint property.

Cracksealing
If the pavement is not sealed, water will enter. Cracks admit water through the pumping action of traffic. Water lying on the roadway is pushed into the cracks when vehicles pass over.
*Eliminating the entrance of water eliminates the disintegrating of the subsurface materials.

Patching
Patching is performed when either one of the following happens:
- Cracks were not sealed, and water was allowed to penetrate and freeze.
- Poor construction causes soft spots in the asphalt and it subgrades.
We take care of all small potholes, driveways, and parking lots and specialize in pathways and trails.

Paving
Situations where paving is required are as follows:
- A new asphalt pave may be needed for new asphalt construction or for new or remodeled parking lots.
- We can remove old cracked and deteriorated asphalt and replace it.
- Or we can clean up the surface of an old asphalt job by overlaying another 2”-3” over existing asphalt.

Striping
Stripes usually come in yellow or white, but any color can be used. It’s what delineates where people park. They are usually 18 feet long and 9 feet wide, but small variations can be found on many parking lots. By refreshing your striping, you will preserve your image to the public and save your parking lot.
